This Week's Special – Tostada Cone Salad

Mix of lettuce black bean, grilled corn and queso fresco tossed in a tomatillo/avocado sauce placed inside a flour tostada cone, topped with Julienne carrot, bell pepper, red onion and cucumber tossed in a citrus vinaigrette. Accompanied by six blackened shrimp and a dab of chipotle aioli. $16
